During Louis XIV reign, master chefs competed with one another to please and surprise their honored guests. These grand masters serve as examples for the chefs of Le Chateau restaurant where we only offer food fit for kings! Savory dishes such as foie gras and baked goat cheese are only a few delicacies on the menu.
